Wow, it's been a seriosuly long time since I've posted. Just wanted to jot down some quick thoughts on some upcoming stuff I'm excited about.
CoD MW2: Can't wait for this one. With everything that's coming out over the next little while, this is at the top of my list. The only "must purchase" game on my list right now. I've had so much fun with the last two iterations of CoD, that this can't miss.
Uncharted 2: Loved the first game, and if everything I've heard is true, I'll love this one, too. Probably a renter though. I never went back to the first one. Even with the addition of multiplayer, I'm sure CoD will be getting my replay time.
Ratchet & Clank: Just played the demo for this. Yowza! I've always enjoyed the series, but the mechanics of this seem just fantastic. Particularly the time recording puzzle pieces. Probably another renter for me.
Borderlands: I'm a sucker for loot whoring. 'Nuff said.
Left 4 Dead 2: Picked up the first one again last night after not playing for a while. Goddamn it's fun. I kept saying I'd wait until Valve did their usual post-Christmas sale on Steam for this, but I have a feeling the itch will need to be scratched sooner rather than later.
That's everything I can think of right now. Of course I still need to play Batman, Brutal Legend, MGS4, Valkyria Chronicles, and NHL 10 is looking like a good upgrade to my old NHL 08.
Hmmm, that GameFly subscription is getting ever so tempting.
